Balouge vs Bikedoc bars

hey, guys first post here. I’m looking to get some narrower road bars than what I currently lave. Which one would you suggest I get? Anybody have any experience with either of them?

I've had the bikedoc bars for nearly a year and done just under 10k km on them. Awesome bars, the indents are great for resting your palms while climbing or forearms for aero. Originally got them to play with stem length before going one-piece, but I like them so much I'm still riding them!

I can't comment on the Balugoe bars that are sort of a mashup of using the Bikedoc bar geometry and the styling of the Roval Rapide Bar, but the Bikedoc bar was made due to a request I made for a narrow handlebar.

The summary is that the bar is an adapted track bar design from a company known more for its track bars than its road bars. The Balugoe bar is also heavier--and I suspect that it's true when Bikedoc claims that their bar is made using the factory's more premium process, as it's very nice and if finished with just a clear coat. A lot of people also ended up liking the the little wrist divots.

My own pair is still going strong and I am not kind to it.

I have both but the Balugoe suit the fit a of the bike a little better. The bike they’re on is a Cervelo S3 with SRAM AXS rim brake shifters which are super slim with a narrow transition from bar to shifter.
I mention that as the dip in the Bikedoc bars just didn’t work with them very well and you get a hard ridge.

However, the Bikedoc bars are excellent with regular AXS hydraulic shifters.

Both are exceptionally well made for the money, and are stiff enough for the vast majority of people.

I don’t think you can go wrong with either.

One slight negative for the Balugoe is the little aero cable covers which bolt to the back. They’re hard plastic and a pain to fit. Would make more sense if they were rubber.  Minor point, but worth mentioning.
