Carbonspeed paint quality
« on: April 15, 2018, 08:53:25 PM »
I’m doing some research to build a bike, most likely a cs-496.  Lots of great info on this site. However, I’m thinking about paying the extra 60 bucks to add some color. How is the paint quality from carbonspeed?  Did the color match what you asked for?  Any examples of bright colors?

I actually have 3 carbon frames from Peter (Carbon Speed) but none were painted. But here's one from another guy in the road bike section.

It is generally the other way around !

If you provide him with a RAL color code, that you only saw on a screen, and not for real in for instance a paint shop.
You then get surprised when opening the box, finding the yellow more yellow than you thought :)
If you provide the right color code, you'll get it.
And the paint is of fine quality in general.
