I sometimes contact him on Messenger and leave him a note that I have emailed him. He usually replies right as we shared the same time zone.

I've been trying to get in touch with him since last week as well. No response here not email, using several different accounts.

As is always the case, as soon as I posted the above I got an email from Peter.

His last reply to me, which was a few days ago mentioned something about having surgery recently.  He wasn't specific but it seems there was a time where he wasn't able to answer emails for a few days.

And even more recently, it is currently a Chinese Holiday week, so do not expect answers from him before Oct 1st
