Peter is probably still selling the CS-016.
I've build two 14.5" for my kids, they were as tall as your daughter.
With 40-50mm stems.
One was painted fluo green, so pink will not be a problem

One got a trouble at the bottom bracket junction after a year or so.
Peter replaced it without any condition.
They are still great today. Used daily for school, and regular MTB rides.
And my two sons aren't delicate riders !
