this is a good product for chain stay protector. i have it on all of my bikes. you can either wrap the entire chain stay as it stretches a bit or just pot a strip over the top of stay.

is handlebar and seatpost from speeder too? is seatpost 31.6mm? i asked them about bars but the widest they could do was 680mm.

Are you using a clutch rear mech? If so then you don't really need a chain stay protector.

I've got an XT rear der with the clutch, and I still hear the chain slapping on really rough, fast sections when I have the front in the little ring- probably just too much extra chain for it to control all the slap, and it is closer to the chainstay to begin with.  Since I don't always remember to shift back to the big ring at the top of climbs, I put some tape on mine.

has anyone built up the frame yet? i heard rumor that the frame from xmiplay and speedercycling has some issues with rotor and lock ring rubbing?

It's slowly coming together. Still waiting for Raceface Turbine crankset and a few small parts

Looking good.

I personally haven't read anything about rubbing issues with this particular frame, but I could've missed it.. Keep as updated if you don't mind bc that's something I'd def want to be confirmed as an issue with specific frames or what.

Yes the rear hub is rubbing against the frame so it needs some modifying to fit

Early editions of this frame have a rear spacing problem. It can be overcome by running a 197mm spaced hub or using spacers and/or machining the rotor mounting area on the hub. Either way, you have to spread the rear dropouts wider to some degree to get the rotor and cassette lockring to clear.

I have an ebay wheelset built with these hubs. They seem fine so far. Roll nice and smooth. Rear hub pawls are fairly loud if you like that sort of thing. I do.  :)

Any updates? What travel do you have your Bluto set to? From what I was seeing the one fork is 485mm and the other is 470mm - and a Bluto at only 80mm is 491mm, so 100 or 120 would be right out of the question, I'd think.
