This is my build. Started with the frame from karbonbikes.com (he is a friend) and built it from there.

I am sure it would work to go 170 or 180.  I think at 180 it would be very slack and feel kind of floppy.  I have mine at 160 and just came back from Moab and in the technical climbing and riding areas it was about as slack as I would want it to be.  It worked great and it handled everything but I would not have wanted any more.  If you are bike parking it or mostly using it for down hill you could probably get away with more fork.

I’m running a 170mm Lyrik 2.1 Charger with the bike setup as a mullet. It’s fantastic when it’s pointed down!

Yeah bro..i have 170mm or 180mm Rockshox Domains in my cart to choose from as ive been running my 160mm Yari on it but wanna return that Yari to my other frame....i think the LCF947 may be a real beast on her 29'ers on A more Burly Domain....

But for Climbing im wondering about impact on seat angle and handling...

It’s a rowdy bike for sure. I run a domain on my 958 and I’m considering putting one on my 947 now.
