What downtube protector are you using? Looks exactly what I envisioned for my bike.

I bought this raaw protector (https://www.bike-components.de/en/RAAW-Mountain-Bikes/Down-Tube-Protector-for-Madonna-p75890/), had to cut the lip off of one end to make it fit properly but it has been perfect so far.

I see evolve are releasing a new linkage for the p9 frame, 160mm travel with trunnion mount.

That linkage looks good, thanks for letting us know! By the way, do you happen to know the maximum insertion for seat tubes / dropper posts? You were going to fit a 170mm Reverb AXS, is that one too long? I have a 150mm Reverb AXS on hand right now and worry if maybe it's a little too short.

I went with a magura vyron 150mm in the end, it's not slammed which makes me think a 170mm would work but can't guarantee it.

How is the P9 bike so far? Still riding it?

I have the Ican P1, and am considering purchasing the P9 frame.

Just wondering what your thoughts on P9 are so far
