Thanks again to geekbox for the detailed report. 
So what I see:
- the rear axle is included, threaded with a lever, in my opinion could be used.
- seat post clamp: good if you plan to use a dropper (i won't), I will buy a QR one for my classic post.
- bottom bracket: a generic one is included, I wouldn't risk it. I have already had some experience with BBs and I ended up assuming that shimanos are the best (on the bearing side); I was also not satisfied with enduro bearings (lasted 1000 km vs 4000 km average of shimano). The ZTTO thread together could be an option, but I would also replace the bearing. IMHO shimano is the way to go, to avoid trials and errors with press fit on a carbon frame.
-rear shock mounting hardware: an official clarification from Haideli would be nice. 22.6 mm or 22.8 mm isn't a standard size; I don't feel the need for  bearings, rotation involved should be minimal and bushings enough, but we need the correct size; probably it's good to leave 0.1 mm, maybe 0.2 mm clearance but not more. Let's continue to share information about this.

Stock rear axle - 172mm long, M12 (P1.5) 16L  - so no one else needs to zoom in.  Breaking down the numbers - 172mm from below the head to the end of the threads.  12mm diameter.  1.5 thread pitch.  16mm of the axle has threads.

A few options without a handle.  Not perfect matches but the overall length and thread pitch fit.  1mm short shouldn't be an issue.  If we get a picture of the stock axle threaded in it will show whether the 1mm difference will fall short.  Some stock axles protrude more so the 1mm might end up flush with the body. An alternative to slightly shorter is going slightly longer and using a small plastic or polymer washer under the bolt head to offset things slightly.

About parts list...everybody has his own ideas, depends which kind of bike you want to build; my plan is to build a light trail bike around 13 kg, budget 3500$.  Moreover now there is a global lack of bike components around the world due to covid crisis; last bike I build 5 years ago I was looking for the best deals for parts in the internet, now I'm looking for availability sometimes paying a premium price.
For my build I managed to find a full shimano XT groupset (not easy now) and I bought a manitou mezzer fork (quite light, good reviews and you can change excursion between 140-180 mm, I will start with 160 mm); i also bought a 29" 30mm width wheelset from carbonality.
I will use aliexpress for pedals, sadlle, seatpost, handlebar, stem: anybody can recommend a reliable carbon handlebar?
I still cannot find the brakes , and we need to clarify here about the rear shock mounting hardware.

Suspension are on waiting list if I see that a manitou mars pro fit I’ll biy it and keep my manitou mezzer pro up front ( I like matchy suspension)

A list of things you'll need to complete this bike, but not specific brands or equipment:
Things included -
Frame
Headset
Seatpost clamp
Rear axle
BB depends on when you buy and might not be useful depending on your crankset

Things you'll need:
150-170mm fork with a tapered steerer tube
210x55 shock
8x22mm rear shock mounting hardware (linkage side, need to confirm exact measurement)
8x30mm rear shock mounting hardware (front mount of frame)
31.6 seatpost - if it is a dropper make sure you get a lever if not included
165mm or 170mm crankset and chainring 30t or 32t - (any longer will be crank arm strike city)
BB92 bottom bracket for whatever type of crankset spindle you get
Rear derailleur
Shifter
Chain
Cassette
180mm rear rotor or larger (larger will require an adapter)
180mm, 200mm, or 203mm front rotor (pay attention if you need an adapter)
Brake levers and calipers front and rear, usually come with hoses
Wheels and tires
Headset spacers
Handlebar
Grips
Pedals
Stem
Saddle
Shifter housing and ends if you go mechanical

Optional bits-
Better IS42/52 headset (I hope it is 42mm, sometimes they have a slightly smaller bearing)
A stealth rear axle from a few pages back
Chain guide, bash guard, or combo

I think that is all you need to get on the trail but this is off the top of my head, hopefully someone else will fill in the blanks.

If you're not the type to swap parts on your factory bike, you'd be much better off buying the Intense.
