Frame and wheels recommendations please

Greetings to all,
Please help me find a carbon frameset and wheelset. My requirements are 45-50 c tire clearance and preferably bag and fender mounts. If you know of any reputable chinese manufacturers who produce this please send links to their websites. Thanks in advance

This is a higher-end frame. A bit more expensive, but lighter, and fully internal cable router (which I actually don't recommend, but hey, it looks great and people want it...).
