Frame without axle weights 1,885 grams. Definitely not a light weight but I won't have to worry about the frame getting beat up.

Bead blasting is finished and came out better than I had hoped. I started the build and should have that wrapped up today or tomorrow. Looking like the final weight will be in the 19.5 pound range. The heavier Ti frame and dropper post add about 3 pounds over carbon and fixed post.

Definitely! The fit and the ride is excellent. Other than some minor repositioning of levers and bars, everything will be staying as is. It is a bit heavier than I had hoped for though. Right around 20 pounds ready to ride. A fixed seatpost and a carbon frame would save about 3 pounds or so.

Are all these red anodized components coming from the same manufacturer? They have all the same hue.

The more I see it the more I like it.
It is stunning, finally a bike where silver spokes looks good  8)

I hope it's indestructible! I don't think the ferry terminal workers are going to be too easy on it. There's a bunch of islands off of the coast of Maine that only have ferry access, and some don't allow cars. The plan is to ride as many as possible. I was using my wife's Domane 6 as a weight benchmark and I didn't even come close. That is 16.8 pounds but it's running 28mm slicks so it's not really an apples to apples comparison.

The spokes are actually white, which in person, pops really good with the pink nipples, 3k rims, and 350 hubs. I got rather lucky with the pink all being really close. The bolts and spacers are from one company from eBay, the valve stems are Industry Nine, the headset is a limited edition Cane Creek Slamset from a couple years ago, and the nipples are cnSPOKE from Amazon. The pedals are red as that was all that was available from Xpedo when I ordered them.

Very nice! Really loved how the pink made it look so lively.
What bolts did you use for the fork? A link perhaps.

This is a beautiful bike. The bead blasting came out really great! Do you know if there are road brake/shifters that will allow you to use a 10-50 tooth 12 speed cassette in the back to make a 1 by gravel bike with a huge gear range?

Thanks. I'm not sure about 12 speed stuff but Garbaruk makes a conversion kit for Sram and Shimano 11 speed road stuff. I'm looking at getting a kit from them which has a GRX cage, 10-46 cassette, and new pulleys. It's gonna run about $350 though it's not gonna happen right off. My bike funds have been depleted. If I ever do the conversion, I'll add it here.
