Hey guys, any recommendations for a good frame puller or bearing extraction toolset? have most tools needed for bikes except for a proper set to remove frame bearings.

Are you talking about blind pulling? What bearing sizes?
Probably have to get something automotive, then find a shim to protect the frame:

I'm just looking for a set that will let me either push or pull most bearings out of carbon frame linkages

This looks like the cheapest Ali has for a puller and I think would cover most bearing sizes for bikes. I don't have it so can't comment on quality or use. It relies on screwing it out so is probably better for carbon frames.

Then there is the slide hammer type which are more traditional but they are more expensive and just like I don't hammering things into a carbon frame I'm not sure about hammering them out.

There are plenty of bearing press kits so I'm sure you can sift through those.

I haven't found a kit that is both puller and press. Someone like Park tools or BBB probably do them but I would imagine they are expensive.
I have this BB set and am happy with it so far.

Good luck and let us no how you get on.
