Help with new build

I am having difficulty doing the internal cable routing on a Carbonda fm1001.  The guide it came with came free of the cable when trying to install the rear derailleur cable.  I thought maybe I could remove the rear triangle to have a better chance of feeding it through, but I'm not sure if I can. This is my first try at internal cables and really could use some help.I dont want to ruin a good frame.

Feed the outer through the frame before you put headset or bb in.  I have always found that it just makes it that bit easier if you have better access to top and bottom.

Sorry, no other tips than that as I am unfamiliar with your frame.
