StefanB:s LCFS713 - Ruopsok 1382

Here are some images of my Light Carbon LCFS713 bike in size M.

This is my 6:th frame and build from Light Carbon and I am very happy with the quality of their products.

The LCFS713 frame is from 2019, replaced with the LCFS947 2021 and of course I have built a LCFS947 as well.

But I like the lines of the LCFS713  and the reach is a little shorter, maybe more suitable for women (my wife). This is the first frame i ordered painted from Light Carbon and i think they have done a nice job.

Nice build.

I know you said you are happy with the LC quality but there have been a number of reports of late from various users that LC quality seems to be slipping and not what it once was.  Does this frame meet the expectations you had from your previous purchases?  Can you notice any difference in finish quality or ease of build compared to the others?

The biggest problems with Light Carbon has been with the LCFS713. The small parts that the cables run through, in and out of the frame,  are made of metal and the holes are small. I had to drill them bigger. On all other frames, LCFS911, LCFS958, LCFS917, LCFS947 this part has been of plastic and with fitting holes.

The LCFS947 frame I bought was from the first batch. Everything fitted well and works well but the finish on top of the rear triangle was not so nice. I have friends buying the same frame from later batches where the finish has been much better.

Apart from the above I have not had any issues with Light Carbon frames. I have also bought 2 set of carbon wheels and 3 carbon handlebars without any issues.
