The seat post fell down but it’s a good height with it all the way down. Will this go through the frame if I leave like this? I had it cut before assembling

Eventually the seatpost or whatever it is pressed up against (seat stays or maybe bottle cage rivets) will get damaged. If its the seatpost, you can replace it but if it something in the frame you are screwed.

I would shorten the post to ensure it's not touching anything on the inside of the frame.
As Jaclipse says, this could lead to damage inside the frame which meaning you would most likely need to buy a new one.
