BTLOS Wheels

Finally pulled the trigger on some BTLOS wheels after a few months of research. Found a coupon that took $80 bucks off their already reasonably priced wheels. Couldn't pass up on that deal!!! Just thought I'd pass it along if anyone else is looking for wheels.

Timeline:
March 3rd- Payment sent via paypal
March 4th- received email asking to confirm details of order
March 5th- order confirmation
March 9th- asked about tracking and was told a tracking number would be supplied when shipped
March 21st- asked for an update or expected date of shipping...have not heard back. All emails had been replied to within 24 hours up until this point.

Is this a normal timeline with all the shipping issues or is it time to get concerned?


**Update**
March 23rd- told it will ship within the week.
April 7th- Received a tracking number.
April 10th- If google translator is correct, my wheels are on a plane over the Atlantic.
April 21st- Finally stateside. Processed through New York. Estimated arrival date of 4/26
April 26th- wheels delivered!

If they are similar to elite wheels, manufacturing the wheel can take up to 20 days.

Be patient.

I have ordered 3 or 4 wheelsets from. Them 10-20 days was normal response time between order and shipment

The level of customization they are clearly being built to order

Some pandemic problems occur in that region in China at the moment as well so everything will take longer 20-30 days would not alarm me. I’m m currently waiting in another set myself as well

Still haven’t got a tracking number. Hadn’t realized the level of lockdown China is under right now due to a new spike of Covid. Shipping will be slow.

More than a month since my order was confirmed and still not shipped. News doesn't look good. I'm sure they're doing the best they can in their rough circumstances, but be prepared for a wait.

Just got a working tracking number with expected delivery time of 8-20 days...or possibly longer due to Covid lockdown.

Wheels are finally stateside. Currently in New York and should be in my possession on Tuesday!!

Wheels arrived today! Overall good shopping experience with BTLOS. Fast communication, but slow delivery. That’s typical with all the Covid shutdowns, so can’t fault them for that.
Wheels came pretty lightly packed, but they seem fine. Only visible blemishes are some not so round spoke holes on the rim bed. Don’t think that matters much at all.

These will be going on my 2020 Cannondale Habit.

Installed with no issues. Put a 2.4 Ardent up front and a 2.4 Aspen on the rear. I’ll get my first ride in tomorrow.

Glad you posted your wheels on bike.  Makes so much more sense now why you wanted orange logos.
