Flyxii FR-216, any experience?
« on: December 12, 2014, 05:02:20 PM »
I´m considering buying a FR-216 frame from Flyxii to my budget built. Does anyone have any experience with the vendor or frame? Price is an issue here as I am an student. I´ve got prices from Flyxii and Iplay for frame, fork, seatpost and handlebar. Flyxii is 200$ cheaper than Iplay incl shipping, and that is a big amount of money to save.

Even with the $200 difference I'd still recommend Iplay, generally better quality products.

Has anyone ever determined if they're the same frames or not? I've always heard they're all made by one supplier and sold through various distributors.

I have a 17" and it weighed 2,064g

I've got the 19" FlyXii, matt finish, 73 mm BB.
It took 6 days to arrive from China to Tasmania | Australia.
Exchange rate not so good but still a good price.
Frame arrived in perfect shape. The matt finish is going to get paint.

XT Groupset on the way.

I have a Flyxii 217 for one year and I am really happy with it. No problems.
