I'm searching for a integrated gravel handlebar with flare for my Canyon Grizl with the wonderful 1 1/4 fork.....

I've found a couple of options:

Kocevlo. Budget friendly, but I'm honestly a bit sceptic been able to buy this one from Temu when I'm doing 50 km/t downhill on a bumpy gravel road  :-\

OG-Evkin HB 1300. Heard good things about the frames. Anyone tried this one?

Lightbicycle Grvlfest 20 - Insane expensive with shipping. Can't see that it is worth the price.

Have I missed any other options out there? Very frusterating with the limited options for the 1 1/4 fork.

Could anyone find a solution for kovelco headset rings? The provided kit just doesn't work for me

This just came in and will go on my BMC Roadmachine. I was looking for short reach and drop. From the box / bag this looks like great quality bar. Very good finish, no flex and no rough finishes. I will post back once I get it installed and do few rides. The hood grips have that textures finish which along with carbon paste will hold the hoods nicely.

These are shims to raise the bearing cap to prevent it from rubbing the frame.

But as the cap is made from plastic you can also grind it a bit down if you face the need of those shims. In an integrated build I don't like the idea of thin metal shims, which could create damage on my break hose. Usually they should be clamped and not be free to move, but Murphys law....

Those Shims are bad news on internally routed frames. They can easily cut into the brake lines over time and also with the lexon handlebars, the shim blocks the little notch in the headset cover from seating in the compression ring

But you can cut the shims easily into the needed form.

See my issues here and therefore I do not recommend this IF you have same bike as me. The bar itself on the other hand well made, no rough finishes, no flexing etc.

Yes you can do that. If there are notches in the top cap which will 100% prevent the shims from any rotation even in case the compression gets lost (unintended)over time.
However.. I feel better not to have them installed. That's to me "better safe than sorry"

You can cut the spacer so it looks like a C but you can't cutout the notch for the topcap to tab into - there will be no material left if you do. Kocevlo sell a spacer on AliExpress which have notches cut out all along the spacer which might work for some.
