If they really come in at 1300g that's good, and profile of the spokes looks decent.  But I think sales are going to be pretty limited.  You went for a now archaic external width.  You should be looking for something like 33mm external width front, and 31.5mm rear.  Or in that ballpark.  Either for road or mixed use (road and gravel).  I think for a dedicated gravel rim you'd want significantly wider still.
