Hello Chinertown! Long time lerker first time poster. Anyway, I bought a frame directly from Flybike Asia (FBA) the other day and it showed up recently. I figured I'd post my build here.
I have a Carbonda CFR696 that I've been riding for about 3 years now and, as I understand it, is just a subsidiary of FBA; Anyway, the 696 has been an absolute tank with very little issues, so I decided to go on a climbing bike build journey. I reached out to FBA initially to buy direct and never received a response. About a year ago (Oct 21, 2022) I decided to try again and received a response from
adam@hz-fb.cn. He was great to work with and very responsive. The final cost breakdown from FBA is as follows:
FRAME - $590.00
HEADSET - $15.00
SHIPPING - $190.00
PAYPAL - $35.00
---------------------
FINAL $830.00
