Winspace T1500 saddle clamp

Does anyone know, will 7x9mm rails (typical for most of carbon saddles) fit ?
Winspace T1500 has side clamp, not top-bottom one.
I am a bit concerned about safety because of possible wrong clamp.

Winspace provides both 7x7 and 7x9 saddle rail clamps when you purchase the frameset new.
