I think the Scott Spark is closest to the IP-036. Similarly the Scott Scale is closest to the IP-056.

Ah, but with the Scott frame you can change the BB height by fiddling with the lower shock mounting point.  That's gotta be worth the extra $2,000, and I'm sure you will change it once .

Just more parts than slowly work themselves loose over the miles. Seriously, that seems like a totally pointless feature. I would pay extra for a bike that did not have that feature. Maybe I'm missing something, here.
