I wrote a full review for Velochannel : https://www.velochannel.com/test-des-roues-bike-ahead-biturbors-34104 (that's french, google translate is your friend ;) )
to sum up : light, stiff (h & v), wide, reliable.

with such bikes, you are obliged to pedal hard, each time.
Not sure I would like that  ;)

i alrdy feel obliged to pedal hard if i have a rigid fork and singlespeed setup. I feel like all that efficiency should make some speed on the climbs. No idea how obliged i would feel with that wheelset though O.o

sorry for the really low quality pic. currently only have my 8 year old key-button phone with a 2Mp camera.
But yeah, this is pretty much the current setup. Thrust BR-MT01 29er size 17" with QR to use my current wheels i had left from my cheap 500€ 29er hardtail. Ullicyc carbon fork, singlespeed with oval 34t motsugov chainring, 14t point steel cog, cheap br-m355 hydro shimano brakes, schwalbe Thunder Burt snakeskin 2.25 fr/re, 680mm handlebar(unknown amazon carbon bar), 110mm ec90 stem, rxl sl carbon saddle, cut some foam grip meant for touring handlebars to appropriate size and used water based lube to slide it on and keep it in place, elita one carbon seatpost with 15mm setback(i think), VXM crank, ztto ceramic BB, classic shimano pd m520s.
i use a 8spd chain that wasn't used anymore

I still have some plans for this build, but i don't think that this is the right thread

@Calvino, the slammed stem and the saddle position are definitely in race position  ;)
"motsugov chainring" ? I can't find anything on the web about it, is it spelled correctly?

I'm all about that pedal efficiency ^^ I always feel uncomfortable on relaxed postions and start to get back pain. Slammed and -17°
I'm sorry, wrong name, it's actually Motsuv. Motsuv is kind of a "brand" on aliexpress that sells aluminium alloy(7075 series afaik) chainrings for cheap. 30-38t for about 7€ or sth. They also got oval options and for diffrent BCDs

Any love for an Ebike?  150/150 travel F/R, 'slack' geo,  Shimano E8000 STePS, Di2 11sp, full carbon, Fox/RS Yari suspension.  Crank Bros dropper, shock remote lockout. Now on heavy wheels, 47 lbs with pedals.  Carbon wheels coming, should knock off a bit of that.

Nice  :)
I couldn't find the brand of the frame...
Where did you buy the E8000, and the budget for it ?
Did you experience anything especially hard to mount it?
