Experience with kocevlo handlebars and carbon wheels?

Hi all,

New here and looking into some interesting stuff, 2 questions…

1. This carbon kocevlo aero handlebar is very very cheap, while I read a lot of good stuff about this brand, would this be trusted.I mean 30€ for an aero carbon handlebar is really really cheap. Any opinions? Experience with this same bar?

Secondly, my current alu wheelset is from the brand ffwd, and they weigh for the set about 1750 grams. If I see a lot of the cheaper carbon wheels they’re also around that weight, so I guess doesn’t make sense to go to carbon in this case? Would a light alu set then be more interesting? Am looking at 3 to 400€ to spend. Any good suggestions are always welcome!
