Very cool watch, you should be a regular correspondent on that podcast. Was really fun to listen to

In all seriousness a lot of my earlier victories came from the support of this forum. This is the only place I interact with folks outside of my YouTube and Instagram.

Building up western branded bikes/wheels is cool obviously. And the quality can't really be denied. But my heart will always come back to the project builds and budget bikes. Call it grassroots or a cult hahaha, but China bikes are here to stay. I think being here also keeps me sane and humble.

Congrats on the recognition! You should come out to Los Angeles and ride with year-round weather. Though there are barely any Chinese carbon bike builds here.  :'(

You can literally ride from the beach boardwalk off Santa Monica to the snow peaked Angeles Crest Mountains in one day. Just be ready to bring your climbing legs, because that's all we do out here!  ;D

I keep hearing about this Montrose Saturday ride from all of your fellow LA brethren. The ride starts near Pasadena? This is definitely on my bucket list along with climbing Topanga. I'd whip out the Winspace SLC3!

The Montrose ride, Griffith Ponies and Rosebowl loop are all good fast rides. Not to mention we have some decent off-road gravel. You can link up gravel and road routes together in one big route. You'd probably have a blast riding out here and it'd make for good YT content!  :D
