Suggestions on rim brake frame

Hi everyone! I would like to build a rim brake bike.
Any suggestions on good quality frames? A climbing/endurance frame would be perfect, for sure not an aero frame

I would love to do the same, but I fear the market doesn't really offer anything in that regard anymore (and the prices make it less feasible on top on that).

Velobuild still has some rim brake frames in their close out section, but I dont know about their quality
