Author Topic: Can I buy a thru axle in the states for front carbon fork?  (Read 1697 times)

Hey guys, new here.

This winter I bought a China bike.. Not sure if the model code.. Similar to sworks I believe.
Anyway.. Came with a carbon rigid fork. No axle included..

Anyone know where I can source an axle that will work? Having trouble finding anything with a nut in the US.

Any help would be great, just don't want to wait another month from China.

Thank you.

Can post pics as needed.

you can ask the seller for one, or just take the fork to machine shop, measure dimensions and have a no-frills axle made (with hex head, like maxle stealth) out of suitable alloy
there's no generic axle, because most forks have slightly different dropouts which dictate different unthreaded lengths and different head/nut diameters
