After checking the picture for the frame you sent me, the one you got is old version , and you need QR dropout as attached.  So sorry to send wrong QR dropout twice, correct QR dropout will be on the way to the states tomorrow, it is better if you can get it sooner within states.

I don't think so, simply, 148x12 rear hub is too wide to use on 142x12 frame, unless you would like to break your M91 frame, otherwise you customize new dropout

Rear hub is Hope Pro 2 EVO and the front is the new Pro 4, spokes are Sapim Laser. My rims are not built to be light but stiff and strong for a heavy guy like me, test ride indicates that there is a significant change from my old heavy Marvic CrossRide almost 400 grams heavier.
