Re: Ltwoo ERX warranty claim
This is concerning for me considering a future purchase. My summers are ridiculously hot and humid. If it can't handle heat, then I'll have to pass on it. Please keep us updated.

the only thing i could think of is it got killed because i left it  directly in the sun, the metal part of that RD wouldve got some serious heat. it was 38 degrees celcious here that day.

Re: Interesting Aliexpress finds! - good deals, interesting stuff, new products etc!
I see a few white ones, but lots of logos on them.

That ABR one looks new, thanks! I did notice the TMAEX branded stuff - they have white handlebars, seatposts and combined packages too. Never saw anyone here mention that brand though. I might just get that Uno stem from eBay I guess. Those logos are over the top.

Re: Interesting Aliexpress finds! - good deals, interesting stuff, new products etc! LTwoo EGR 1x12 group is straight up $350, no coupons to apply. That's cheaper than it was after coupons during anniversary sale.

BUT, the official LTWoo store is a pain to deal with.

Re: Interesting Aliexpress finds! - good deals, interesting stuff, new products etc! Speaking of 105, the 12s 7100 almost full groupset is down to $390. I have been tracking prices of this for some time . They started at $500 ish and are going down rapidly. At this price it's a no brainer against Sensah or LTwoo hydraulic groups.

I wish I was building a bike right now. So many good options on the cheap! Lol
Just build another one. Think about all the savings! It's like printing money!  8)

Re: LTWOO eGR
Not more people trying this group? Saw there is a new 2024 edition.
Anyone know what changed?
Building my first gravel right now. It's not yet complete, but at least it works with 10-50t Spedao cassette

Here is what coffee break told about them:

https://chinertown.com/index.php?topic=3627.45

They are the same ones as CD-01 and maybe he got some faulty ones but either way, due diligence.

Coffeebreak here again, I later got Racework version of the same because I don't learn from mistakes but they are trash too. Not just poor braking all around, a light rain sends them screaming. Compared to RT10/30/54 rotors these have a matte finish on them that may be the culprit. The Shimano rotors are shiny, polished.

Also if you are impatient to wait 15 or more days for Aliexpress shipping, many vendors on Amazon sell better rotors for very reasonable prices and they all come with Shimano branding on them, complete with that little orange sticker from original rotors. Not sure what's happening there. Even the lockring is Shimano.

Here is one such listing for the brand "Balinge"

https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0CXDQZCRX

I have these, they are Shimano RT54s. Fake or not but better than Onirii/Racework hands down.

Re: LTWOO TX or other cheap 12sp MTB derailleurs Thanks for both your replies, based on a little more research and failing to hear anything back from ltwoo I ended up buying a mixed shimano groupset. For around the same $50 I got an m8100 shifter and m6100 derailleur, since I ride pretty aggressive trails I'm hoping the shimano's stiffer clutch is a better fit for me.

Knowing the development time of chinese companies I'm probably just a few months early to a beefier 12sp group being released, but for now I'm making the most of the big brand stuff.
