Re: Road Bike Disc rotor recommendation aliexpress. Since you are talking about an Ultegra build, I assume you 're talking about a road bike set-up?
1) 160 front / 140 rear is sufficient. With 75kg, I never had the feeling I needed more braking power at the rear. Not in races and not at hilly/mountainous terrain. But, and that brings me to point 2, opt for good rotor's and not those flyweight rotor's where more than half of the brake surface has been cut off.
2) Try to search for rotor's on Ali that have a similar profile as SRAM Centerline and or Cleansweep rotors.  They are as good as the original ones.

Re: Brake bleed kit from Amazon? I also bought the same kit from Ali. I'm happy with it. It has done the job for many times.

Re: Looking for an aero frame with a round seatpost I noticed Yishun has two potential frames for you (R066-D and R096-D). You could check with them.
I do agree that the main drag reductions can be achieved through position, clothing wheels...rather then the frame. The seatpost probably does not has that much benefit. At that point, the flow is most likely to be turbulent already.

Re: Mullet shifting for gravel yes, electronic Sram AXS force shifters + eagle derailleur. That works perfect as expected with a sram 10-50t cassette or even a shimano 12speed mtb cassette .
For mechanical, you could check Ratiotechnology.com for solutions if you still have sram 11speed road gear lying around. Personally no experience.

Re: TT-X34 Build/Ride First ~250 mile impression thank you for this feedback. How does this bike compare to your Dengfu R12 in terms of weight and ride impression?

Re: SROAD lightweight cassettes the road cassettes (i.e. up to 34t) are fine and durable. With the gravel/mtb gearing-like cassettes, the small teeth break/bend very easily.

Re: All-road / Aero-Gravel frame / Size 49-51 Hi,

Have a look at the airwolf yfr066 (same as the Rinasclta Granite where you can find a thread on this forum/youtube reviews).
https://airwolfcarbonbike.com/product/yfr066-airwolf-carbon-bike-frame-700c-disc-brake-road-carbon-bicycle-frame-roadbike-frame-carbon-road-disc/
It states 38C tires, but according to real life experiences from others 40c is possible without any issues.

Re: Carbonda 505SL Integrated Stem
As the CFR505/SL is a gravel frame, I would assume it's designed to be compliant and absorb vibration. I've been riding mine for a few weeks now, definitely a very comfortable ride. If you're looking for a super stiff race bike, this would not be it.
Thank you for your feedback, good to know it's very compliant. For me, compliance and stiffness (lateral & torsional ) are separate properties. For sure in gravel the absorption of shocks is important, but since it is marked as a gravel race frame, I would like to know how it accelerates and behaves in corners.
Thanks

Re: Interesting Aliexpress finds! - good deals, interesting stuff, new products etc!
Any take or experience on seatpost clamps?
Weight imo is secondary as primary goal is the seatpost never slipping into the gravel frame, potentially damaging it.

Options I discovered out of Carbon fiber (to avoid galvanic corrosion right away I didn't select any Aluminum parts)

They work fine. I never had issues with those ones on my mountainbikes. There are lighter alloy options on the ali market.
note: personally I never had issues with galvanic corrosion with alloy ones. You could just apply some carbon assembly paste.

Re: More Aero frame in direction of Merida Reacto? I own, ride and race the Ican A9.
Very satisfied with the frameset. When I build it up, I was impressed by the manufacturing quality and finish of the frame. It's very stiff and 100% suits the purpose of an aero frame. Though I'm not going to make aerodynamic claims, it feels and rides fast when I'm riding solo. Quick in accelerations and easily maintains its speed.
Oleg might have had issues, but when I look around, each brand has several cases of products that should not have passed their quality control.
