Re: chinese rear gravel derailleur compatibility
Makes sense, you also have the option of modding GRX810.

YT links dont work for some reason but search for: It Works!! // The $127 Shimano GRX Mullet Upgrade on youtube

Crap. If I had known about this, I probably wouldn't have gone with Ltwoo. Its not terrible, but having mainstream parts anyone can work on is a plus.

Re: chinese rear gravel derailleur compatibility
Is the Ltwoo rear derailleur compatible with shimano road/gravel shifter lever?

Yes. Ltwoo compatible with shimano, Sensah compatible with Sram.

Re: LTWOO eGR
Any news? Maybe directly from Ltwoo, if they read this as well...

I see it available at the Ltwoo official store on Ali. Not sure if its been updated from the version we've seen on the Trace Velo youtube channel. That version had some issues.

Re: Flyxii FE-02 Build I've ridden and raced mine foer got about 1,500 miles. Definitely recommend if budget is the primary concern.
Toe overlap is an issue at low speeds with my 175mm cranks.
I'm running 45c tires and its great for my local terrain. My only grips is some flex in the rear when I'm standing on the pedals. If I'm really putting down power the brakes do rub ever so slightly.

EDIT:
Holy cow, I just saw the price with the sale!!!
Its like $350 shipped to my door.

Re: Another Seaboard GR02
I've recently build up my seaboard gr02, in the special Blue/Purple glitter color way they have. Tbh the color is a bit too much for be, but oh well. This will be my main commuter, do any of you happen to have found fitting mudguards for the rainy days?

https://imgur.com/a/nDHRAqR

Build specs:

9.2 Kg
Cockpit: canyon h18 and stem (Had as spare, used an adaptor for 1 1/4 to 1 1/8)
Bartape: Og-evkin (Actually feels really good, paid 8 usd)
Wheels: Koozer cx1800 (Build seems pretty impressive for the price)
Tires: GP Urban 35C
Groupset: Sensah Team pro shifters, 105 r7000 rear derailleur, Shimano Cues u6000 42t Crankset
Brakes: Illpro flatmount semi-hydraulic, 160 illpro disc rear, sram centerline 180 in the front
Seatpost: Tooseek super light
Saddle: Ryet ultimate full carbon eva finish (Only 110 gram, and feels really comfy)
Others: 105 cassette, dura-ace 11 speed chain (Acutally bought a kmc chain from ali, but turned out to be a fake :/ )

Overall really happy with this frame

Nice looking build. Curious to hear how those Koozer wheels hold up over time.

Re: LTWOO ER9 & ERX - Electronic groepsets
Did anyone have to contact 80's Designer store for a warranty issue? I messaged the store but didn't get any reply regarding a batt problem.

My ER9 (bought Nov 2023) seems to have a battery drain issue which depletes the batts about 10% everyday without any riding.  Batts are new Vapcell F12 and all firmware updated.  Compared to another ER9 set that I got in Feb 2024 which drains maybe 1% per day which probably seems to be the norm.

Anybody have a similar experience?

I had a to get my shifter on my GR9 group replaced. 80 Designer store sent me another and I paid shipping. They had the typical timezone delay on responses.

Re: How addictive is bike building?! I'm not a fan of the actual building, but pricing out potential builds has become a hobby for sure.

Full sus bikes seem to have the most issues just because they have more moving parts and more "holes" that need to be within tolerance to work well.
Lots of people happy with them though.
