Ltwoo hydro thumb shifters can be reached from the drops. They are different than the mechanical version.
I’d suggest the GR9 11 speed over the 12. It’s just easier to tune and keep tuned.

I just get shimano rotors from Ali or Ebay. RT10 or RT54 have worked well for me. Nothing fancy, they just work.

Re: Who can I work with to design a carbon fork? I highly doubt a custom fork will be cheaper than those options. Just the cost of the mould is incredibly high, let alone the engineering and production cost.

Re: Aluminium frames The only alloy frames on Ali that look decent to me would be the Seaboards or the AM (Koozer?) frames. Everything else looks pretty sketchy.
