Re: Titanium bolts If you want a trusted US domestic source, there’s always BetterBolts. I expect to source a bunch of pieces from them this year, starting with a shock bolt for my new FM1002.

StefanB:s LCFS713 - Ruopsok 1382 Here are some images of my Light Carbon LCFS713 bike in size M.

This is my 6:th frame and build from Light Carbon and I am very happy with the quality of their products.

The LCFS713 frame is from 2019, replaced with the LCFS947 2021 and of course I have built a LCFS947 as well.

But I like the lines of the LCFS713  and the reach is a little shorter, maybe more suitable for women (my wife). This is the first frame i ordered painted from Light Carbon and i think they have done a nice job.

Re: Titanium bolts StiffWeenies already mentioned the brand called Risk from AliExpress and I can only recommend them.

I started to replace the rusty bolts with titanium ones sold by them. I am using their chainring bolts for over a year and their headset bolt for 6 months now without any problems.

My only complaint is that their packaging is too fancy. They send the bolts in a metal box which is padded with form fitted foam. In my opinion it is just too much waste. I would have been perfectly happy just receiving the bolts in paper bags. :)

Did you tell them ?
I didn't like it either, and complained.
If we are many they may improve this, and save some money too.

Re: Velo Build R-099 Build
That is my new fake S-works   :D

First problems:
1. The seat dries automatically...
2. The handlebars are too soft for my 95kg... a lot of movement when I drive uphill
3. When I breaking only on front break I see that front forks bends back... idk maybe it is normal for carbon frame?

3) if flex is visible something is seriously wrong.  Either your headset is loose or the fork is about to fail catastrophically, or both.  Please get it looked at by a good mechanic.

Re: BXT MTB 056? Size L frame (I didn't weigh it Mea Culpa), GX AXS groupset, X1 Dub crankset, carbon wheels fitted by me with internal 29mm Light-Ride rims (there I have my rear gravel wheel in the meantime  to change the ratchet on the other), Sid SL Select fork, 80mm/740mm carbon handlebar-stem combo, SRAM level ultimate brakes, Elita One seatpost and carbon saddle.
Weighed at 9.25kg, the assembly was very easy and the frame finishes are very clean.
I haven't been able to test it properly yet, I'll come back to give a more substantiated opinion but for the moment I find it very nervous, no doubt thanks to its oversized bottom bracket, the geometry is great, you feel well centered on  the bike, and the rear triangle seems to filter vibrations well, which is very pleasant.

Re: Carbonda Gravel Carbon frame CFR707
...Where do these washers fit?...

In general these washers are between the slotted ring and the dust cover.
When you compress the bearings, the dust cover sometimes rub the top of the frame.
Adding one or more washers add some space to have only the seal making a light contact with the frame.

Re: TopCarbon TCGF066 gravel frame Hi guys, the frame arrived 10. february after one month and 4 days to Poland. I have some problems with it. After first raw assembly there was a play in the headset.  I think there was missing a spacer that should be 3 mm of thickness. The integradted cable routing is real pain in ass. I will never get into it next time ;) The size S seem to be ok for 160 cm tall girl with longish legs. We have 360/70 bar stem combo. If you have any questions please ask me :)
