Happy Holidays!
You can fit pretty much any crank in a BB386 bottom bracket shell. The "BB386" only refers to dimensions of the BB shell in your frame. It has nothing to do with the crank itself. So as carbonazza said, you can e.g. buy a DUB crankset and a DUB bottom bracket for a BB386 frame.Or you can use a Shimano crankset, with this BB: https://www.aliexpress.com/item/32899151818.htmlOr you can use a Praxis crankset, with one of their BBs.
I had issues with that bb and "shimano" compatible cranksets. The thickness of the flanges that allow it to be tool tightened are too wide, about twice the thickness of pf versions. The result is that the crank spindle isn't long enough to allow you to engage enough of the thread for the loads that get transferred through it. Replaced mine with a dub pf bb and crankset and everything fit prefectly.
