I would like to buy one, are there any known breakages regarding this frame?
What are the shipping times like?

good morning, I contacted hongfu via whatsapp who sent me a photo of a frame in size xl, this disappointed me, because I discovered that there is an additional crosspiece in the upper part of the shock absorber.
this makes it aesthetically ugly and will surely weigh a few grams more.

Ouch it’s ugly to say the least! Does also L size have the same big reinforcement?

I don't know, you have to ask them, by the way I discovered it by chance because I asked to see a frame with a matte UD finish and they sent me this photo, then I asked for clarification and they explained to me that the XL size has the crosspiece, if I hadn't asked about the color I wouldn't have found out about the crosspiece.

Hi I just ordered new wheels from elite wheels for this frame, and I now have a major doubt  :o The measure of the rear axle for the rear hub is 12 x 148 (boost) right? Is it correct? In the options was the biggest one.
Thanks!!

hi, i'm sending you some photos of the assembly i did for a friend of mine with the hongfu fm138 in size s, which now has the gemini replica handlebar. My friend has had the bike for 7 months now and is very happy with its performance.

I'm looking for some advice on frame size. I'm 176 cm tall and I'm currently riding a Rockrider XC900S size L with a reach of 436.  HongFu size M, which surprisingly has the same reach. I'm wondering if the M HongFu might be too small for me. What size HongFu FM138 frame did you choose and what is your height??

I'm also considering getting this frame. Based on my measurements (178 cm height, 84 cm inseam), the Ridley webpage recommends a size M.

Has anyone confirmed that this frame really gives 120mm of rear travel when using a 190x45 shock?

Hi. I'm reaching out to see what brakes you've installed on your FM138. I've been discussing this with Malissa from HongFu and there seems to be an ongoing issue with Shimano brake compatibility. Specifically, the M6120, M7120, and M8120 series are not recommended. Additionally, a customer reported difficulties installing a rear XT M8100 brake. Malissa suggested exploring SRAM brakes as an alternative. While this seems unusual, I won't be able to verify the compatibility issues with Shimano brakes until I receive the frame.
