I'm considering the option of doing a gravel/touring bike with flat (or riser) handle bar. But using road bike 2x11 crank/chainring & cogs with mtb shifters. Is that doable? Which derailleur to use, road or mtb? Or should I just go with mtb group set and get bigger chainrings?
