Hi.

I'm completely new here and willing to buy good chinese cross country bike. I settled my mind for dm936 based on all the threads here.  I prefer 2 chainrings but somehow it's impossible to get a new frame designed to have front derailleur.

So I contacted Carbonda on Alibaba and over their webpage..no reply.
How to get to them, has anyone any other contacts? Thnx in advance.
If you were talking about road or gravel, i'd say ok to double.
Nowadays in MTB, i don't see why people would want anything else than single?

If you want to contact carbonda use the website, someone will answer you, or find a direct email in this thread.

First of all, I am very happy with my FM936 after 2 years of use. No issues whatsoever after 7k kilometers at 87kg bodyweight.

I am now thinking of replacing bearing between linkage/frame as well as screws (I would prefer them as hex instead of torx). Could anyone provide recommendations in Europe maybe there is a kit to order or buy separately from the same place?

I simultaneously emailed Wing but it would be nice to hear of options. Tried searching “bearing fm936” in the forum but did not found what is needed.

Little update on my fm936 situation. So after I got my warranty claim rejected cold by Wing from Carbonda I stumbled upon fm918 thread, and this post: https://chinertown.com/index.php/topic,3106.msg54478.html#msg54478

If you check my post here, on a previous page, you can see literally the same crack location and even same position of the crack lines on the dropout. This user got new triangle, and that makes me really happy for him, but at the same time makes me really f*ing angry because I got rejected cold with doubious statements.

I contacted Wing, and his answers were non sequitur bs, if I'm honest. I'm a grown ass man, I can handle if he tells me to fk off. But when I'm met with some BS explanations, it's irritating.

I'm owning a FM-936 frame since the end of 2021, and now it's time to change some bearings in it. I've found out that bearings in the trunnion mount are 6801VRD (with flange). Unfortunately I can't find them anywhere - neither locally nor online. Where do you guys source them?

You don't need bearing with flange, just replace with normal ones.
Check vitus website you have all the tech docs you need with all bearing reference.

Have you already replaced bearings in your frame with normal ones? I'm a bit afraid that I can overpress them without flanges.

Vitus spare parts drawings says that it should be F6801-2RS - flanged, but not full complement bearings. No way I'll want standard bearings in my frame insted of full complement ones.

Yes, i replaced everything by enduro bearing, LLU MAX BO.
About the trunnion it's a 6801 without flange, no problem at all. Bearing is stopped at the back anyway and it has the same thickness as the factory flanged.

If you need a bolt or any spare, buy the kit from carbonda, it's really cheap.
