Hi guys, I found an older topic of ullicyc integrated handlebars, but that was too general and from one year ago, so here a new one.

I found this on AliE and it has the exact same values as the standard version of the Syncros Fraser handlebar which Scott uses for their Spark 900 for example.

Update:
This version is an 1:1 copy the seller said. That's why it is the most expensive one. Even the stated weight is the same.

Carbonazza, I too am (almost) finished the ordering of the FM936. And too am looking at thse ULLICYC bars. I'm a mechanical engineer and my opinion is that the bars here, https://www.aliexpress.com/item/32967312663.html,  are going to have a point of high stress in that sharp corner where it joins the steerer tube. It's plausible that the force needed to break the bars is higher that is ever normally seen, but I personally will be avoiding them. Thought I'd give my 2c.

I was thinking the same thing xD I was thinking 60mm for size L and I'm 185cm. wbu?

I ordered the 60mm version (as short as possible) for the FM936 in XL. I'm 196cm in height. But I want to sit in the most very upright position to nurse by back problems. Hope this was the right decision. I'm going for a seatpost with no setback as well, so don't know if this was the right decision.

The seller told me it's a 1:1 copy of the Syncros so in this more expensive Version there should be no sharp edges from steerer to bar. Be sure I will beat the shit out of that handlebar to test it, before riding one meter.

I ordered this set in 60x780 for Garmin.  They can do no logo if you request it.  This went on my size large FM936.

So far the bars have been fine but the carbon top cap included in the bundle is garbage.  They are extremely stiff.  Right now I have 22.5mm of spacer under the bars and 2.5mm between the bar and Garmin mount so that I can rotate it forward more.  As far as fit, I might end up ordering just the bars in a 50 or even 40 stem length.

Bad copy and paste - could have sworn i check it lol. Nope I didn't, going to see the ETA on my frame then order because I don't want to be waiting around for bars to arrive.

I'm really psyched to see the quality of this copycat. The pictures look exactly like the Syncros one. Also the regions where the brakes and grips sitting seem to be rough and all spacers and Garmin mount is also included like in the real deal.
Unfortunately I have to wait a few weeks now. The biggest flaw of AliE

Yes, it only took 8 days via DHL from China. Don't know why they took DHL to ship it but I'm more than happy they did. Maybe that's why the price is around 90$ instead of 50$ like most of the other offers.

Unfortunately I don't have the real deal Fraser iC SL at hand to compare, so this can't be a 1:1 comparison. But comparing it to pictures on the net it's a 1:1 copy by all means. Even the spacers and top cap looks the same! All lettering come painted and most of it is covered by a protection foil for transit.

 The bar came with a padded wrapping and no cardboard box, but no damage. The bar itself should live through some serious beating on a bike, so why not putting it in a plastic bag with foam wrap. Very minor paint/Gelcoat/resin chipping in the bottom of the steerer clamp. Nothing serious, just cosmetic. Will be covered by the spacers afterwards. The item description says titanium screws, can't tell thought if it's the case. Anybody knows the weight of m5x30 A2 or Ti?
The weight matches the original perfectly. Can't really tell if this is really a copycat or the real deal. Maybe it's 2nd quality parts from the same company which sells the bar to Syncros.

Tomorrow I'll do the clamp test on a fork with 5Nm. Unfortunately can't try out the sturdiness, as the bike build hasn't started yet.

I'll uploaded pictures tomorrow, because the restrictions here forbid to upload pictures bigger than 512K size

I just did the installation test to a laying around fork.
the seat is pretty snug, but with pushing and turning the bar at ones, you can travel it down the steerer. Applied 5Nm with no problem. At the beginning of tightening there was a short noise which could have been a cracking noise, but I think it was a setting noise of the round metal inserts had to align with the screws. No cracks or abnormality visible after deinstallation.
What I could see was the milled steerer hole is not 100% round, so you have areas where the steerer rubs and others where there seems to be a very minor gap. You can't see the gap so when bar in installed. I turned the steerer inside the handlebar a couple of times to produce some rubbing marks. I will grind these visible rubbing areas a little with 400 grid sandpaper to have a better alignment between handlebar and steerer. Maybe this will also be fixed by applying carbon paste.

Weighted one of the screws compared to a A2 I had laying around screw and what I can tell is, screws are steel and not titanium. Will contact the seller and ask to send me titanium screws or comopensate for them.
