Hi everyone, long time lurker here.
I'm planning to buy the CFR1056 at the end of this year, so i'm planning ahead.
I'm around 177cm tall with 74cm inseam (barefoot measureing) (super short inseam for my height). I was wondering if any of you guys have a similar body proportion as I am, or if you guys can advise me on whether to go with size S/460 or size M/490?
I'll never race and i just want to ride a road bike without feeling lower back pain for hand numbness after 2 hours of riding. Thank you in advance. I've never had a bike fit before fwiw.

Merry

As someone with a shorter inseam & longer torso + arms, size down. Go size S, but expect to change cranks for a shorter one and have a longer stem - it is way easier to make a smaller bike fit you than a bigger one. Our bodily proportions are more suited to racier geometry (longer reach) but struggle with achieving saddle height (choosing to size up your frame might result you slamming the stem due to not being low enough, which CAN cause excess pressure on hands). Too long cranks with a short inseam can cause lower back pain and excessive movement to the hips, which CAN also perpetuate saddle problems in addition to back pain.

I am 173 cm with an inseam of 76.2 cm riding a CAAD10 size 52 (fits like a 54), and I would do better on a 50.

Thanks mate, guess i'd go with size S. Yea i've watched a decent chunk of bike fit video as well and figured i would fit a shorter crank as well. Probably as low as 160mm.
