I am looking for some mesh jersey for hot summer days. My primarily goal is that they have some strong pockets in the rear so I can carry lots of food (and phone ,...) without having a jo-jo effect. I do a lot of short surges on steep climbs and jo-jo is annoying as hell.

I have some short sleeve jerseys from sugested brands in this thread, but they are not exactly for hot summer days.

Currently for hot days I have DHB Lab mesh jerseys. They are great, but naturally the rear stretches quite a bit after time. I see some top brands have some inovations to  avoid vertical stretch on the back, but they are pricy as hell.

I have two of these, white and the organge. They are a blessing for those 30C+ days around here. Its like wearing nothing at all. Been using these last season and absolutely love them. Highly recommend. They also fit true to size. I am 188cm and 77kg and bought Large.

Thanks for this. Just what I was looking for. I assume UV index is not high, but I need this from 25-30°C. Above I wear sleeveless jerseys.

Any info how are the rear pockets when carrying a lot of food? lets say 500g of bars, phone and windjacket in the pockets. Is there a lot of jo-jo effect?

I know in time it will stretch due to weight in the pockets, but it is easier to buy every year a jersey for 30eur, than every year for +100eur.

I carry 2x 750mL bottles on longer rides (3 - 4hrs) and have one bottle for water only, and the other a super concentrated mixture of gatorade and sugar.

Same for me. No issues. But like with any other jersey on a hot day, put your phone in a ziplock bag to protect it from sweat.

I also have carbs in both my bottles. But these both bottles are gone in about 90min 
And I am normally doing about 4-6 hours ride, with nutrition about 100g/hour of carbs 
With hydration of about 6-10 l

What I bought and for my size, they are race cut fit. I like my jerseys to be tight fitting and not flapping around. These are NOT cheap quality fabric or weird fit / cut. You just have to understand that you are very "exposed" and some men, shoes NOT be wearing these at all

Isn't this rather specific for everyone which jersey gets a real good fit? If someone else is fine with it is not a guarantee for  you.

Something is always off: collar is too tight, shoulders are too flappy, belly is too baggy etc. I have slightly wide chest and shoulders, flat stomach, mid sized arms and slightly short torso and I had no issues with race cut jerseys from Western Brands (Ekoi, MAAP, DhB). Suspect, most AliX brands are fitted for asian population. No issues with shorts, though (almost).

Well.I have found fitting styles also found not fitting styles... as well in Chinese as in european companies... fit is very specific. As I said. Being away from the "ideal" cyclist (just legs, no upper body) makes that worse.

I tried these winter bibs.
They have Elastic Interface tags but no logo on the chamois and the chamois feels too stiff.
They are very short. Not very stretchy and almost too tight in my calves. And the crotch area is way too baggy and cannot be worn reasonably.
Had to return them.
