My torque wrench will fit with the extender bit.
But, on the other hand, I tried a couple of seatpost and they'll both slip a bit on bumpy rides

I have to torque above 6nm more like 8 nm then nothing slips. As this mechanism is different than a round seatpostclamp that doesn’t damage my carbon seatpost

Never ever used a torque wrench on seatpost, seatclamp, stem etc. Just tight it by feel. Never had a problem

To be honest, I wouldn't push it too far past the torque limit. I'd try using a paste like this https://it.aliexpress.com/item/1005009496347020.html first. I had a similar issue and this solved it for me.

Yeah I put some carbon paste from Decathlon, but it didn't stop it completely.
Truth to be told, I never installed the oem Ceccotti seatpost because it's glossy black and wouldn't match the other parts that are all matte. But it has a quite rough finish, that the other seatpost that I have (from Elita and Toseek) do not. Maybe that's just it.

I'm using a 0° offset Elita One Master seat post with no rough seat post texture, using just carbon paste and I have no issues with slipping on my frame. Though I did purchase my frame from a different vendor (Surprised Store listed as a Ceccotti RF25), so there's a chance hardware is slightly different despite being the same open mold frame. Also I just firmly tighten the clamp by feel.

In the past if I had a slipping seat post, I usually just put a thin strip of tape on the backside of the seat post and that usually keeps it from moving.

Well it still slipped but I've been stripping the seatpost paint 
I now wrapped it with some tape, let's see

I had the same problem, but I ordered a new seatpost and the problem was solved. Measure the diameter of the original one. Mine was 27 - 27.1 instead of 27.2. In that case, no grease will help.

To be honest I never used the original seatpost (it's glossy and I don't like it), I've had this problem both with a Toseek seatpost and a Elita One.

I'm now trying half a loop of that silver tape (no idea what's the actual name, in Italy it's called "american tape"), a full loop wouldn't fit in the seattube.
But I'm yet to see how it holds on a real gravel ride.

I bought this frame as well for my wife, in size XS, from velobuild, version gf-003. Very happy overall but am struggling with having a snug fit while installing the headset. I am using the headset provided by velobuild. My understanding is that the order is as follows from bottom to top:
- fork
- crown race
- bearing 1
- (head tube)
- bearing 2
- reducer/compression ring (don't know the name)
- metal washer / shim
- dust seal
- all the spacers I want
- top cap (on top of star nut).

I see quite a wide gap at the bottom close and at the top of the head tube. I am not sure if (1) the two bearings are the same, although they look like exactly it, (2) where the metal washer/shim goes. Attached pictures of the space I have
