I know these say MTB but 11 speed GRX could run same sized cassettes. Unsure on the 12 speed stuff though.

These are relatively new from what I can see. I ordered the 11-39 (specifically for road HG) for my EDS TX setup on my gravel bike since I'm having issues with the 13 speed 9-42 EKAR cassette currently on there.

The ztto 11-39T looks interesting. Any idea if a rx820 rear derailleur can handle this ? Shimano say a max of 36T but I'm not sure if an extra 3 teeth is a bridge too far.

Should be fine - there are reports of the 12 speed rear derailleurs being able to fit the Shimano 10-45 MTB cassette, 11-39 shouldn't be an issue.

Thanks, which cassette are you using ? Does it just need a b screw adjustment ? Is the b screw at its limits ?

Goldix cassette (someties ZTTO branded). It's trash. Wobbles because the inside has horrible tolerances (tried on 3 wheelsets). I tolerate it because I don't ride gravel a lot but it skips gears sometimes

I'm looking for a HG 11s 11-42 cassette as well, atm the only two options i've found are:
- Sunrace CSMX8 - 400g for 49€ ;
- Spedao - 320g for 89€.

Sunrace isn't sexy or super light, but they're hard to beat for value and performance. Got sunrace on all by bikes. They just work. No faffing around.
That said, I see Deore 11-42 on ebay for $40 if you're in the US. Cheaper than I can find on Ali.

I live in Italy, and the price for the Deore cassette is basically the same here. I currently have a Deore cassette on my bike, but I need a second one for the turbo trainer. Since the Sunrace is about 150g lighter than the Deore, I was thinking of buying it, putting the Sunrace on the bike, and moving the Deore to the trainer. (I know the 150g don’t really make a difference).

1700+ km on my goldix 11-32 216g 11speed cassette, with a lot of climbing.
Even if the bigger cog are aluminum, it still works flawlessly

Entirely depends on how short you cut your current chain

I've been running one of these for 2500km on my 105 equipped road bike. About 1000km ago it started occasionally clicking in the lowest gears, and has now got to the point where it does it constantly with more than about 200W going through it in those gears. It appears to be very slight movement in the rivets holding it together. I'm aware of similar problems in Sram GX cassettes that are a similar pinned design. Other than the annoying click shifting hasn't suffered and there's no noticeable wear. Has anyone come across any 1 piece steel cassettes in the 11-39 to 11-42 range?
