Grip is still good and holds onto the bottle well. It also depends on the bottle. I have a topeak bottle which has a rubbery texture to it and you need to make a conscious effort to remove and insert the bottle. Standard plastic bottles are fine and don't rattle around.

How's the grip on the water bottles? Bought a pair of cheap nylon cages last time (not this specific model) and would like a bit more grip.

The only time they have ever dropped a bottle for me was a head on collision against a car doing 45kmh. The second bottle stayed on. They really are perfect

I am looking for <1500gr carbon wheels between 30-45mm deep, because of crosswinds and climbing. 3 pawl is good enough, ride with inner tpu tubes and 30mm tyres, so 23-25 internal rim witdh would be nice. Any recommendations? I am thinking about elite or kore. Prefer no carbon spokes

I would go with Kore, so you also spend a little less, it has carbon spokes but only 50mm https://it.aliexpress.com/item/1005010280328183.html for that price is a must buy

Or you can get this in 45mm https://it.aliexpress.com/item/1005009497190160.html and pillar spoke

Picked up this knock-off Clik Valve kit and it seems quite decent. I primarily wanted another pump adapter, and the included one works quite well. I haven't tried the valves yet, but they look identical to my original Schwalbe branded Clik Valves... I'll keep them as my back ups in my saddle bag.

I'll keep my eyes open for any other listings, but the only other listing I can see is just a re-listed officially Schwalbe kit for similar prices to the West. Ironically, it's still easier to buy a Clik Valve kit from China than it is in Canada lmao

Does anyone have recommendations for a basic bike storage stand? Nothing fancy- just reliable!

Sensah SRX Pro New style derailleur for SRX and Empire 11 speed. Looks interesting as its for the Chinese domestic market since it have Sentyeh instead of Sensah branding.

My understanding is that sensah is the chinese branding and sentyeh the european rebrand to avoid copyrights from the dutch brand "sensa"

Anyone have recommendations for headlights? Built and ebike a while back and I'm wanting something big and bright for commuting that also won't blind oncoming traffic.

Looking at some of the variations of this light https://www.aliexpress.com/item/1005005852631816.html?

For not blinding oncoming traffic, you need a light with a beam cut-off. For winter/night riding, I use a MagicShine HORI 1300PRO, and it’s almost as bright as car headlights. It’s on the expensive side, but it’s well made.
