Knock off Bike box Alan. The original works brilliantly but is expensive.

I'm looking for a bicycle bell/horn that isn't too large but it's loud and have few signals to chose.

I think you have many interesting bell options. I'll send you a few products I know of.

Electric bell https://it.aliexpress.com/item/1005008154993842.html works with a battery, not suitable for flat handlebars.

Manual bell https://it.aliexpress.com/item/1005012180044548.html

Handlebar bell plug https://it.aliexpress.com/item/1005010409096026.html, great if you want something more hidden.

How do you purchase bike boxes from Ali? Usually shipping is so expensive (I’m in Sweden) that I can find similarly priced used original second-hand. Is it cheaper for other countries?

After all the taxes, it’s not so much cheaper than the OG box.

Aliexpress in a nutshell haha
Needed bearings for a pair of Xpedo CX pro pedals, same used in Favero I think. Very niche sizing

Made in Germany is the marketing thing
Made in China on the backside  ::)

I figured how much worse could they be than stock bearings, look identical almost.

It comes out for me at £370 which is about half the cost of a proper one, but that's taking into account that British customs seem utterly useless so I'd not expect to pay any of the relevant fees.

I'm looking for a way to carry bikes with my VW Eos and the suction cup type racks are starting to look interesting. I now found this one which also seems super cheap: https://a.aliexpress.com/_EQ7ani2. I do have a couple of questions, though:

1. Does anyone have personal experience using a rack like this? What has it been like?
2. Any differences between brands (e.g. ROCKBROS vs. West Biking) or do they all come from the same factory?
3. Is it better to have one two bike rack or two one bike racks?

Thanks in advance to anyone that can help me out!

suction cup type racks

I used a Seasucker Mini Bomber bike rack for a while. It worked great, including on multi-hour motorway trips, and I'd happily recommend it to anyone needing a bike rack for occasional use only.

Benefits:
- No need for crossbars on your car. Great if you either can't fit crossbars, or if you don't like the aesthetics of permanent crossbars (e.g., you have a sports car).
- Easy to lend to a friend or family member.

Downsides:
- Takes a bit of time to install properly, including cleaning the mounting surfaces. That's not a problem if you only use it occasionally. In my case, the only reason I swapped to crossbars and "regular" bike racks is that our occasional trips became frequent trips.
- You have to take the front wheel off and find a place to stash it in the car.
- The front mounts are typically for quick release bikes, you'll likely need to buy adapters if your bike uses thru axles (12mm or 15mm). They can be found for not much money though.

As for one two bike rack or two one bike racks: If I just had to carry one bike most of the time, I'd get two one bike racks. Otherwise I'd get one two bike rack.

I didn‘t use exactly these, but a similar product from a company call Treefrog, if I remember correctly. I was a little bit sceptical at first, but been using them for years now and they have been rock-solid.

Anyone tried these elitaone SL8 carbon handlebar copies?

Their seat posts have been rock solid for me, but not sure about this handlebar....considering it's significantly cheaper than any competitors, it makes me wonder why.

These are decent bearings. I used them in my hubs

It the same product, but I cracked the MTb one piece bar right at the bolts. Used a torque wrench and all. Lasted about 6 months.

I've had this bar for more than a year on my gravelbike. Worked great!
The only problem i had was a broken garmin mount. So i would advise to get a aluminium one instead of the plastic one that's included!

I picked one up on a sale (€55 ish) for my weightweenie on a budget build, it feels solid riding and for the money i'm happy

Positives:
* Relativly ligthweight
* Feels solid riding
* Nice secure packaging and plenty of Accessories

On the negative side (Sample size of one):
* The outlet ports for cables near the shifters is machined and has a sharp edges, i used a round file to round off the edges.
* The computer mount did not fit very well on my handlebar had to modify the mount making a larger indentation on the surface facing the handlebar.
I still had to add a 2mm rubber washer to make the mount stable with my edge 1040, id say its OK now.
* Trying to get the computer mount stable i managed to pull the threaded rivet out of the handlebar, glued it back with some epoxy and its fine now.
* The spacers is not of the puzzle kind, if you want to add/remove spacers you will have to cut the brake lines and reroute
