For those with Canyon integrated handlebars and Aliexpress replicas annoyed by the weak plastic caps breaking under preload, this is a nice upgrade.

Carbon is the main talking point on this forum but this seems like a good deal?
I have heard Seaboard frames aren't that bad and some builds here look cool. Kinda old school, simple paint jobs and slightly bigger than what the sizes say.

https://www.aliexpress.us/item/3256804983820581.html

Had they been this price when I was shopping, I might've gone with this option. At the time, they were around $500 shipped.  :(

For not much more depending on your local tax, the BXT carbon gravel frame is going for sub $400 USD right now.

https://www.aliexpress.us/item/3256804540425938.html?

They are intensely heavy frames. 1700g for a 56? And a 500g fork??? I guess that's just the weight of contemporary aluminum frames with hydraulic braking and thru axles. A Specialized Allez sprint disc is very similar in weight across their range.

For $80 more you can get a BXT Gravel 135, which is 200-300g lighter. Obviously not everyone wants a carbon bike, and the Seaboard might be higher quality wrt details like cable routing, gaps/alignment, facing etc. But it's the first thing that comes to my mind.

Yes I saw BXT being pretty cheap for cf but somehow Tsunami/Seaboard seems like a better brand. I also feel as far as cheapest, bottom of the barrel frames go the Aluminum frames have less chance of something going wrong. Just my opinion anyway. The price includes shipping and seems good considering you can stack 30 off 200 coupon. I haven't seen them go so low hence I thought I should post it here in case someone was looking at metal gravel frame.

Exactly. Even now other sellers are 400-450 range. Tsunami themselves seem to sell it at 460, + shipping may be.

I'd warn to stay away from BXT. They've made a really bad name for themselves, at least here in Brazil, over the last 1-2yrs
A lot of broken frames cases, both road or mtb, and then really bad aftersales. When they're contacted for warranty (Aliexpress store) they just ghost the buyer, or they threaten to only fulfill if the buyer deletes all bad comments about it made on Aliexpress and social media

interesting collab! I have the P325CS complete set - the one from Kickstarter years ago - and although many people had issues, mine always worked really well, and the power is on par with my smart trainer (a Dare2Ride, seems the same as JetBlack Volt or Zwift Hub)

but at that pricepoint, I believe the P505 or the Sigeyi sets (posted a while back), are better options

Or with the Sigeyi power meter: https://www.aliexpress.com/item/1005001610276169.html?spm=a2g0o.detail.1000060.1.21407718DSiMjz&gps-id=pcDetailBottomMoreThisSeller&scm=1007.13339.291025.0&scm_id=1007.13339.291025.0&scm-url=1007.13339.291025.0&pvid=3a31664b-9584-47c6-aa29-4022fe311d4a&_t=gps-id:pcDetailBottomMoreThisSeller,scm-url:1007.13339.291025.0,pvid:3a31664b-9584-47c6-aa29-4022fe311d4a,tpp_buckets:668%232846%238114%231999&pdp_npi=3%40dis%21USD%21482.79%21381.4%21%21%21%21%21%402103246416866521913423919e4785%2112000016800648650%21rec%21BE%21768088907

Those are great prices...

The zrace crank and sigeyi powermeter that I purchased (sram 3-bolt) has a design flaw that broke the waterproof seal of the powermeter and ruin the board. I do not know if other interfaces have the same issue, but would assume they do.   Sigeyi claimed they have asked for this model to not be advertised together, but sellers continue to do so. Attached is an image of where the crank arm touches the power meter.

Thanks for the feedback looks like P505 is the better option.

got this new launch from IGPSports, the BSC300 for around USD 120 https://pt.aliexpress.com/item/1005005670708376.html
seems a great deal considering the features... colored screen, full map for navigation (although it doesn't reroute if you go out of route), 8 data fields and a lot more details

I'm currently on a Bryton 420, about 1.5 yrs using it, it works great and has all the features I'm comfortable paying for - being totally honest, because getting upgrade on screen size or mapping jumps the price a lot and then it's out of budget for me

IGPSport somewhat divides opinions, some people have a great experience and some had the worst possible. What I seem to gather is that for the cheapest most affordable models they work really well and with few issues, but the more feature heavy and expensive stuff they had some issues overtime, and especially the app is bugged
but my impression is that they're evolving a lot the past year or so, the old igs618/620 series had bad reviews but the igs630 seem to have improved a lot. Same with this new BSC series, the 100 and 200 have been around for some months and have good reviews, I just hope the 300 is similar ;)

I purchased an IGPSport IGS630 off of Amazon on a great sale this past November.  To date, I have been pleased with it.  (I still don't see the IGS630s for sale on Aliexpress.)

It has good battery life but here are the problems I dislike about mine.

1.  Response time to display incline/grade:  My unit seems to lag behind the actual grade of the hill I am climbing. Often takes 5-6 seconds to recalculate and display the grade changes.  (I will have ridden past a steep section of a climb before it displays what the grade was.)
2.   On really steep climbs, often 20+% grades, I may have to walk or can be pedaling at around 2mph,  the computer stops recording, after 20 to 30 second it will stop recording, and/or turn off until I go faster than 2mph.
3.  There are almost too many features and screens on this model.   It is prone to me pushing the wrong button and accidentally deleting the current ride file, or creating a new lap.  I suppose I just need to study the manual more and commit to memory what all the buttons do.

I also noticed the IGPSport IGS630 isn't on AliExpress. I'm wondering which would be a better buy between the the IGS630 and BSC300? Do both offer navigation or just pre-loaded route mapping? I haven't used a proper nav system yet, because I tend to just get lost to find interesting routes!

Looking at these 2 different models, it looks like the IGS630 has a few more options, has a larger screen, and longer battery life.  (I like having the larger screen.)  Of course, the IGS630 is more expensive.)

Attached are images of the specs.

I have the crankset model in my cart for quite some time, today's sale might be the day I pull trigger - though I don't have a suitable frame for this to put on. This and the Zniino gravel bar (Surly corner bar copy) will go well together.

Update on this, placed an order for full Cues U60000 group including crankset. Shipped immediately but in two parcels and each from different location with their own tracking #. I have ordered a few groupsets from Alix before but this is the first time it is split. Will keep you guys posted. Fast shipping made me happy but the shop name is just a bunch of numbers with no reviews, lets see what happens. May we should keep a directory of good/fast sellers on Alix.

the grade update I find it slow on my Bryton420 too, the units seem to rely on the last few meters to calculate the slope, and it ends up taking some time. I don't have any experience with more expensive units from Garmin or Wahoo, so I don't know if the high-end models are instant or all have some delay

about the pause feature, have you tried turning off auto-pause? or in some units you can setup a minimum speed for it to pause/resume, try looking for that on the setup.
I know it's frustrating but I think that's a situation with any unit, my Bryton auto-pauses when I'm slower than 5kmph

For the igs630, since it's their top model, IGPSport is trying to focus on local dealers, and then Aliexpress becomes an issue since they ship anywhere in the world and region blocking is hard, so better to just avoid having it there in any way

about the differences, igs630 has bigger screen and battery than bsc300
talking features and data field config they're pretty much the same, but igs630 has more fields (since bigger screen), and the big difference is the navigation experience

on bsc300 you have routes, and the whole map is shown also - city blocks, near streets, etc and you can zoom in/out - but if you leave the route it'll not adjust, it'll just say you're out, it's sort of an 'offline navigation'
now, for igs630 you have the full navigation, you can upload routes and it adjusts if you make a detour, and it also has the 'climb' feature seen (similar) in Garmin and Wahoo
at least that's what I gather from reviews I've seen
now, the 'better buy' I believe it's personal, from your budget and what you need more, too. For me, the differences are not worth the upgrade since it's a lot more money

That's good idea. I'm suprised this hasn't been done already.
