did you ever try the fourier ones? that was such a great design, the leverage arm was just right

I haven't, yet. A while ago I saw someone had those on their Chiner build. I did find a listing : https://www.aliexpress.us/item/2255800205665429.html but I don't know if those are original? I already wasted money on fake EE brakes so now I am cautious lol.

Anyone know of good quick links, both 11 speed and 12 speed (if there's any difference, I wouldn't know).

I usually re-use quick links but after a while I figure it's time to change. And I always want to carry spares and with riding a few different bikes and changing what I carry with me each time the spare quick links always seem to disappear.

The price for new ones are crazy. They should be $1 but it's like $15 for 2 if I go to my LBS.

These have been serving well for me. But I only used 11s, not 12s. Came in a nice, tiny box.

I've also used those RiSK ones with no issues - in 12 speed, and 8 speed.

Can confirm, even though their brand name "RISK" sounds sketchy, they work just fine on my 12s chain. Even re-used them a couple of times since waxing my chain has me taking it off and on on a regular basis.
Slow on the climb. And everywhere else.

12spd RISK quick link only lasted me 800km before breaking mid-ride. The plates somehow got spread apart so it wouldn't stay shut. I bought a box of 11 speed and a box of 12 speed so just carry them for emergencies now.

Wippermann Connex links are reusable, but cost more.

*officially reusable. All quick links are reusable, just not officially claimed by the manufacturer.

As long as the have the same distinct "click" when I close them as they did the first time, I am happy to give them another spin. If they start to feel more loose or don't fully go into their "closing position", I swap them out.

I’ve been using the 11 & 12 speed varieties from RiderAce with good luck.

Cross-posting from the 11.11. sales thread:

So it looks like we will see these vouchers coming from AliExpress for the 11.11. single days sale which have a different value/threshold than the regular choice day vouchers. If you wanna try to do some shopping basket pre-planning ;)

5€ orders 39€+
12€ orders 89€+
25€ orders 169€+
40€ orders 269€+
60€ orders 359€+
80€ orders 499€+

I expect the same vouchers to be available for USD as well. However keep in mind, the Euro vouchers do work for USD purchases as well and will often give a better value if you can hit the thresholds.
Slow on the climb. And everywhere else.

Geoid GPS (which from what I understand is a magene subbrand)

This one looks to be the magene C606 with blue buttons. Doesn't seem like there are other differences. I've had a bad experience with the c606 due to the shitty software on android but for that price I would still consider it

It looks to be identical with c506 not c606 on speccs. Still cheaper than c506.

Look legit to me, but there's always a risk that someone made another batch with downgraded materials and they'll suck. the fact that they are hard to find makes me think it's the real deal, with someone recently rediscovering them on the back shelf at their warehouse during a physical inventory.
They went for <$100 3-4 years ago so it wasn't as big of a gamble.

Have them in my cart...lets see what 11.11 brings. Speaking of fakes though, if anyone still wants to pull trigger on fake EE's this is the listing I found had the lowest price ($64). I paid $140 last year this time around -
