Besides swapping the cage, you'll need to switch the pulley wheels to 14T + 16T

Yep! I have it for my GRX 812 RD. I've never owned the real Garbaruk cage, but it works great. Even better than the stock cage in my opinion. Though I just opted to use regular steel bearing jockey wheels in 12t/16t. No issues with shifting and looks good.

I have one on my sram axs rear derailleur for aesthetics and weight reasons. It works great. What's funny one of the mechanics who I respect said those from AliExpress work even better then the originals

I think in terms of functionality at least with GRX RDs is the increased cassette capacity, ease of tuning and even slightly smoother shifting. Though with aftermarket cassettes, I did have to use non-Shimano chains to get the best performance.

Possibly the Sensah GRA 1x10 shifters, since Sensah Empire and SRX shifters uses the SRAM pull ratio. Though I can't confirm. For 2x, Sensah only has 11 and 12 speed Empire shifters.

Picked up some lights recently. I'm keen to find a good, largish cob light given how bright they are. Something a bit bigger would be better but for a super budget light these seem good.

I was really curious about this bar with built-in computer/light mount so I ordered it in size 34cm width hoods. Took about a week to deliver and I installed it last night. I forgot to weigh it, but it didn't feel that heavy compared to a standard carbon bar. Probably weighs less than 250g. It has ample space for cable routing and feels stiff. The computer/light mount uses standard mounting hardware and easy to find spares. They can be used for either full or semi-integrated cable routing giving you options. I'm starting to gravitate towards narrower hoods and I think majority of them on AliEx are non-integrated. It works fine for me since my road bikes run -17° degree stems.

Dude, have you seen the TDF. Some riders do full wraps and others only partial. You do you with your own bar tape. Happy Holidays!
