Have a BOA dial Garmin Varia mount on order.

Feels like the designer got bored and ran out of wacky things to do. I love those dials but this feels like a solution to a problem that doesn't exist. If anything I would bet dials have a higher failure rate than just the rubber straps, ontop of being less secure, more expensive and heavier. Fun gimmick but unpractical  imo
But anyway they can't be any worse than the genuine garmin mounts or the rockbros one

Saw this on Weight Weenies AliExpress thread… bought it even if it’s probably useless, out of curiosity…: https://a.aliexpress.com/_mNu8aof

I love the Rhinowalk top-tupe screw mount bag that I have, it's seriously so well built.

Are you still liking your bag?  Which one did you get?  I have a RockBros one I converted to bolt on, but the waterproof zipper was always tough and the pull broke off so now I just leave it partially open and jam stuff in it.  Looking to fit a Galaxy S24+ in it

What's the best quality carbon Tarmac SL7 stem on aliexpress? I might have done a thing.

Anyone got any experience with Elita One cockpit?

I've seen their seatpost recommended a lot. Decent price and nice design

Looks like the Roval clone that has been selling for a while. I have one of those on a gravel bike that I thrash quite a bit off road. It has held up fine, still quite stiff and I weigh ~100 KG

Guys, be careful of scammers - I see more and more fictional stores popping up selling stuff for half the value (and not just cycling related items). Usually they have generic names like "Store11655446352", they might have listings with high number of sales, yet no reviews. Saw one such store selling Farsports Hyper wheelset for ~600€  ???

I've bought from a bunch of the scam stores.  Whenever they take my money and ship nothing, AliExpress refunds it in full automatically.  In some cases, it hasn't been a scam.  As long as AliEx continues the refund policy and easy process, I don't worry about it.

Me too. I've bought from some "suspect" store and in some occasions I did great bargain while in other cases the razor of Aliex did a great job as CS

It looks like ZRace will drop the XG4 4 piston, flat-mount calipers soon. I saw these photos on Chinese social media.  :)

Kinda pointless, the piston diameters are so much smaller you're unlikely to end up with a meaningfull braking power increase while intoducing the possibility of uneven piston movements and just extra points of failure in general. And since they're in the business of ripping off Hope, I would be wary of these, considering the issues hope RX4 had

I'm assuming the amount of pistons isn't what accounts for more braking power, but the increased size of the pads themselves.

Dude use punctuation marks, is it hard to end your sentences with a period? It's like you're talking into the air________________________________________________________________ ::)

cba, I punctuate everything in the middle of sentences and paragraphs. Already sticking to grammar more than I'd like to on meaningless internet posts

I suppose we're talking about the leaking problem widely reported for Hope caliper as well as the PITA bleeding

I was interested to Hope improve my gravel bike braking (I sold my 29er and I use the gravel as unique bike for adventure and MTB). Let some folks open the street with the chinese copy and see what happens
