Regarding the 182g 11-34t cassette, I contacted ZTTO and they said this is definitely an all-steel cassette. I'm wondering if they're testing out this design since it's only available for 11 speed? It looks similar to the mixed steel-alloy cassette construction, but instead they made the big cog spider all-steel (this section is usually alloy). The other lightweight steel cassettes uses a riveted/torx screwed section for the big cogs hence the slight weight increase.

They now also have a new 12s 11-36T (sic!) for 218g on offer. That's the lightest I've ever seen. Unfortunately, no 11-34T option.

It's OK. Blatant Ceramic Speed knock off, not anywhere near as stiff as the original cage, but still shifts fine. As with all of these OSPWs, push out the bearings and replace with sealed ones unless it is just for use on the turbo.

i'm running the Kogel Kolossos and it works very good, the stock bearing is still fresh (but I just purchase the spare one...)

I live in a hilly area and all rides, even the flattest options, require about 500m of elevation with steep sections of 12-16% incline. Therefore, nothing but an all-steel cassette will ever see my bikes.
