Do you know how the Elite magnetic holder works in bumpy terrain? Some reviews said the magnets aren't the strongest, and it'll fall off on rough roads.

I use it on TT bike, so not much bumps. I dropped the bottle once, but it was high speed and big bump :)
The magnet is very strong, if it would be stronger you'd struggle to take off the bottle.

I should be able to swap out the crank arms on my SRAM Force AXS powermeter crankset right? Or does the powermeter force me to stick with SRAM?

In theory, you should just be able to swap crank arms. Hard to know if any other quirks will come up though.

Oh dang, I thought maybe with the spider PM I would be able to get away with swapping just the crank arms :( I want to try some shorter crank arms since my legs are short.

You'll be fine with the spider pm.
The other poster assumed, I'm assuming, that you had the spindle pm.

52mm chainline suggests this is a mountain crank correct?

Ohhhh if its the spider then you are ok. I assumed it was Quark crank based.

Tough to say for sure without seeing the other side of the connector, but that looks like a JST XH 2.54mm connector or something very similar, at first glance.
Most of the dynamo lights I've seen were all bare wires as they expect you to crimp/solder them yourself.

Those are super common connectors and lots of sellers who will sell the female mating connector on its own, or as part of a harness with wires pre-crimped.
They have no weather sealing at all and the slightest bit of water will get in there and corrode the connectors, and while a short across the dynamo likely won't hurt it, it's not going to be great for your light output.

If it was me I'd just cut the end off and solder or waterproof-crimp to the new wires of your replacement light.

I'm not sure to have what it takes to solder cable. But I think you're right, I'll buy that female connector and link it to any lamp.
