Seems to have been completely missed by the YouTubers (perhaps because no one cares about mechanical any more?) but a mechanical GRT13 groupset was visible in Trace Velo's video from Shanghai Bike Show.
L-Twoo? If so, hopefully it comes with a better RD than the one they send with their 11 and 12-speed stuff.

I finally just up and replaced the RX (12-speed) rear derailleur with 105 and it's a night and day difference. Really weird to have a b-screw that actually does something and springs that aren't made of wet noodles. For anyone on a budget, the 11-speed 105 rear derailleur is $15 less and works perfectly with 12-speed:

Did you use the 12-speed 105 derailleur, or the 11-speed 105 derailleur? I understand that both should work (per your message and the video), but I'm curious about your specific data point since I'm also on L-Twoo RX.

I used the 11-speed 105 derailleur. Goes through all 12 no problem.

Interesting....  Are the Ltwoo brifters compatible with Shimano Brake calipers as well?

Yes. I'm using Ltwoo GR9 shifters with GRX calipers.

Hey folks,

Could one of the experts take a look at the length of the cable housing for my rear derailleur?

Does it look too long?

I paired L-TWOO R9 shifters with an Ultegra derailleur. Shifting performance is decent, but not perfect. The frame is fully integrated, which I think doesn’t help concerning shifting performance due to the bending radius.

Do you think shortening the housing would improve shifting performance?

is that velobuild 268? I've had ltwoo rx on a 268 with a fully integrated cockpit and it sucked. I was struggling for months trying to get it to shift good enough and ended up swapping the rd for a shimano 105 which is compatible. that improved the shifting quite a bit but still wasn't great. eventually replaced the entire groupset with di2
